Cooperation BVA Auctions and Domeinen Roerende Zaken
BVA Auctions is the European market leader in online auction. We organise public and transparent auctions by order of the Dutch Government Domeinen Roerende Zaken). These auctions offer a large variety of items, ranging from jewelry, other luxury consumer goods, office furniture (used and as good as new), surplus supplies from the Ministry of Defense and/or Public Works etc.
How does the auction process work? For most auctions we will organize a viewing day. These days offer the opportunity to have a personal look at the goods and touch and evaluate them. The auction information on the website includes all the relevant information about the viewing day, such as opening hours, need to register etc. Once the viewing day has ended, the auction begins and people can start bidding! Anyone can register on our website for free and start bidding right away. All DRZ auctions are subject to allocation. This means that after closure of the auction, DRZ will decide if the bid proceeds are high enough to award the bids. The buyer will be notified within 48 hours after closure of the auction.
Domeinen Roerende Zaken (DRZ) represents the Dutch government as asset owner. DRZ is a directorate of the Ministry of Finance and the legal guardian of seized assets. DRZ has also been legally authorized to sell surplus government assets. BVA cannot guarantee that the listed goods are 100% complete and/or in proper working order. We do our best to always provide an accurate description and/or photographs.
